rob wilson
Robert Wilson III – Principle, President
After growing up in Gloucester, Massachusetts, Rob decided to move to Florida and try to make his own way. Shortly after moving to Florida, Rob started Wilson Kehoe Painting with Marty Kehoe. At first going from door to door painting houses, word of the work quality quickly spread. It wasn’t long before they were know as the best painting and waterproofing company in the Tampa Bay area. As their business grew, Rob and Marty saw a need for building restoration experts in their area. Rob then secured his Florida General Contractors license. This allowed WKM to grow their business in the restoration field. Rob currently carries several certifications through a multitude of manufactures from coatings to concrete restoration to cathodic protection. Rob has also had specialized training regarding Lead and Mold testing as well as post tension concrete repair.

Rob is a founding member or the Florida West Coast Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute, which he has also served as President on 3 separate occasions. He is also a member of the Sun Coast Chapter of CAI and the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce.

Living with his wife, Carol, in Seminole, Rob has 3 grown daughters, Britt, Taylor and Jordyn. He also has 7 grandchildren, which he loves to spend time with teaching them about sports and life. Rob is an active member in his church and is an avid golfer. Its not unusual to find him on a golf coarse on his free time practicing or playing a round with his friends.

Marty Kehoe – Principle, Treasurer
Born in Southfield, Michigan, Marty moved to Largo, Florida in 1973. After graduating from Largo High School, Marty quickly entered the field of painting and restoration. In 1976 Marty and Rob joined to form Wilson Kehoe Painting. At first going from door to door painting houses, word of the work quality quickly spread. It wasn’t long before they became known as leaders in painting and waterproofing throughout the Tampa Bay area. As their business grew, the market changed , and Marty and Rob saw the need for building restoration experts in their area. They continued to grow their business to fill these needs. Today, WKM is the leader in Painting, Waterproofing and all types of Building Restoration .Along with numerous industry certification , Marty and his clients enjoy the benefit on his hands on approach , personally working on site with the owners, and WKM crews to provide quality control, input , and design elements .

Marty resides in Indian Rocks Beach and has two children, Adrian and Ryan. He enjoys cycling in his free time and has participated in triathlons over the years . He is an active member at Indian Rocks Baptist Church , and participates in their set design .

dave miller
David Miller – Principle, Vice President
David Miller joined Wilson Kehoe Miller in 1994 as a principal and currently serves as the corporation’s Vice President. Before joining WKM, David had spent 5 years on the product distribution side of the repair and coatings industry. David graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Business Administration and he began graduate course work at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. David holds may different product certifications and over the years he has provided his personal and corporate support to organizations such as ICRI, CAI, PDCA, BMI and CSI.

David lives in Largo with his wife, Mary, and two of his three children, Megan and Rachel. His third child, Eric is currently enrolled at Wake Forest. Pursuing his passion for sports, David has volunteered countless hours to coaching baseball for several area leagues and schools.

ryan kehoe
Ryan Kehoe – Project Manager
Ryan is the son of Marty Kehoe and a native to the Largo area. In order to follow his love for hockey, Ryan attended high school at Shattuck St. Mary’s Preparatory School in Faibualt, Minnesota. After High School, Ryan earned his college degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating in 2006, Ryan joined Wilson Kehoe Miller as a Project Manager.

Since joining Wilson Kehoe Miller, Ryan has been responsible for many projects ranging from Painting and waterproofing to whole building restoration projects. Ryan is an active member of the Florida West Coast Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute, which he served as a board member for three years.

On his down time, Ryan likes to coach youth hockey and also plays hockey in local men’s leagues. Ryan lives in Clearwater with his wife Karen.

jason ferrell
Jason Ferrell – Project Manager
Originally from Enterprise, Alabama, Jason moved to Florida in 1998. After several years of working in management positions with numerous corporations, he was afforded the opportunity to join WKM to work alongside his father-in-law, Rob Wilson in 2001. Originally the Operations and Facility Manager, Jason quickly showed ambition to learn the painting, waterproofing and restoration business. Training under Rob, Jason quickly started to perform Project Management duties on his own projects and developed his own client base. In 2010, Jason secured his General Contractors License in the state of Florida.

Since joining Wilson Kehoe Miller, Jason has been responsible for many projects ranging from Painting and waterproofing to whole building restoration. Jason is an Past – President and active Director of the Florida West Coast Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute. Jason has numerous certifications in through a number of manufactures from coatings to concrete restoration to cathodic protection.

Jason lives in Seminole with his wife, Britt, and two children, Riley and Logan. He is very active in their activities which include All Star Cheerleading. Jason is a rabid fan of Auburn University and its not unusual to catch him talking up his Tigers with friends and co-workers. Jason and Britt are also members of Anona First United Methodist Church.

Joe Smith – Operations and Safety Manager / Project Manager
Joe Smith joined Wilson Kehoe Miller Corporation in 2004 as its Operations and Safety Manager. Through the years he has shown a lot of ambition and within the last 3 years has being taking on some responsibilities as a Project Manager under Rob Wilson. Joe has gained a great deal of knowledge in the field of restoration since he started managing projects.

With a key focus on safety, Joe has lead our company in the management of our self enforcement safety efforts. With training through our insurance companies and through OSHA, Joe is very skilled at identifying issues and concerns on our jobsites to not only keep our employees safe but also our customers.

As our Operations Manager, Joe is responsible to ensure that each our jobs have the proper materials and equipment to ensure the work is completed to our high standards.

Born in Younkers, New York, Joe and moved to Pinellas County in 1994. He lives in Seminole, Florida with his wife, Angie, and their daughter, Bailey. Joe has a A.A. degree in Liberal Arts and is currently studying for his degree in Architectural Design and Construction Techniques. Joe is a avid fisherman and hunter.

Diane Irwin – Office Manager / Human Resources
Originally from New Hampshire, Diane Irwin moved to Florida in 1984. After working 20 years as an Assistant Bank Manager, Diane joined Wilson Kehoe Miller in 2004. Since then she has proven to be one of our greatest assets. Diane’s responsibilities as our Office Manager includes everything from managing billings and receivables to pulling permitting for specific projects. Her ability to secure lien releases and warranty documentation is second to none. As our Human Resources Manager, Diane has a hand in everything from the initial paperwork that potential employees fill out to the documentation of OSHA issues and maintenance of the employee’s employment history.

Diane and her husband, Darryll, have two sons, Dillon and Darren. Her son Dillon is working on his Eagle Scout Award through Boy Scouts of American, while Darren is a straight A student at a local fundamental school. They enjoy boating, fishing and camping on their spare time.
